After a successful career of Care Home Management Anne retired due to ill health. She has lived within the Queens Cross Area for over 10 years. Anne has a range of qualifications including a BSc in Quality Management and Business and HND in Human Resource Management. It is her interest in the community that brought Anne to be part of the Board at Queens Cross Factoring.

Margaret has been a local resident for 25 Years and worked in the health service for over 40 years. After her retirement she wanted to a make a difference in the local community and joined the Queens Cross Factoring board in 2019.

Andrew joined the Board of QC Housing Association in 2016 and the Board of QC Factoring in 2021. Andrew believes that a safe and stable home is the foundation on which the health and wellbeing of people rest. He hopes his experience, knowledge and skills can be used to the advantage of the owners and communities served by Queens Cross Factoring.

As a factored owner, Bob is passionate about serving and improving his local community. He has been a member of the Housing Association for over 10 years and has been involved in the Community Involvement Group, the Residents Task Force, and other Boards and local community organisations. Bob believes that his experience can be used to benefit the Factoring Board and its customers.

Laura is an experienced housing professional with expertise spanning customer service, asset management and corporate services these skills have been honed over a 10-year career.

As a local factored owner Laura hopes to bring her varied expertise to help serve the Queens Cross Factoring board and its customers.

Arthur has been an NHS Consultant for 14 years and has experience in service design and planning. He served on the Scottish Medicines Consortium Board and is currently Chair of the Scottish Renal Association Board. Arthur joined the QCF Board in 2022 and hopes that his professional experience coupled with being a factored owner, will translate well to the oversight of the Factoring Board.
