We will acknowledge receipt of any common repairs reported online. However, please bear in mind that our office is manned Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and we can be contacted on 0141 561 1105.
In the case of an emergency out of hours event relating to the common area of the building, please contact the out of hours caretaking team on 08081432002 indicating that you are a home owner. Please note that any out of hours repairs carried out at an owners individual property will be rechargeable.
