Our Board
Our Board comprises of five Directors. There are three Directors drawn from Queens Cross Housing Association's Board of Management and two independent Directors.

Anne Ramsey - Chair of the Board - After a successful career of Care Home Management Anne retired due to ill health. She has lived within the Queens Cross Area for over 10 years.
Anne has a range of qualifications including a BSc in Quality Management and Business and HND in Human Resource Management. It is her interest in the community that brought Anne to be part of the Board at Queens Cross Factoring.
Margaret Glass Margaret Glass has been a local resident for 25 Years. Margaret worked in the health service for over 40 years. After retirement she wanted to a make a difference in the local community and joined the Queens Cross Factoring board in 2019.
Jim Shankland Jim Shankland lives locally and joined the Queens Cross Factoring Board in 2020. Jim brings a longstanding and varied property experience to our housing group. Helping unlock potential in the community is at the heart of Jim's interest.
Andrew Burns - Andrew joined the Board of QC Housing Association in 2016 and the Board of QC Factoring in 2021. Andrew believes that a safe and stable home is the foundation on which the health and wellbeing of people rest. He hopes his experience, knowledge and skills can be used to the advantage of the owners and communities served by Queens Cross Factoring..
